At its regular meeting held on Monday, July 21, 2025, the Council of the Township of Adelaide Metcalfe appointed Andrew Campbell to fill the vacant Council seat for the remainder of the current Council term.
Council was encouraged by the strong response and the high level of interest from community members who put their names forward. The Township received six applications from engaged and well-qualified residents, reflecting a commendable level of civic involvement and commitment to local government.
Councillor Campbell will be formally sworn in at the August 11th, 2025 Meeting of Council.
